Your Rights:

• We provide you a license to install the App on your Device for your own personal use.
• You may use the App if you are 18 years or older and meet the conditions mentioned in Article 2.1.
• You may terminate your use of the Service and the App at any time by deleting your account.
• You may purchase Premium Services or paid Content, with rights related to these set out in Article 7.
• Participation in our Loyalty Programme is also covered.

Terms of Service Overview:

1. Introduction
   1. Please read carefully the following provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use (�Terms�) to ensure that you understand their contents before you use our software programs and related documentation (the �App�) and any of the services enabled by the App (the �Services�). Together, these are referred to as �Products.�

   3. You may only use the Products if you comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and regulations, and agree to form a binding contract with us. By registering, you enter into a legal agreement with Velo Software. If you disagree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, stop using the Products immediately.
   4. Products may change over time at our sole discretion. We may:
      • Stop providing the Products or specific features (permanently or temporarily).
      • Create limits on use and storage.
      • Remove or refuse to distribute Content, limit visibility, or terminate users.
   5. Certain features or Products may be offered for a fee. By paying for these, you agree to any additional terms applicable to that Product.
2. Eligibility
   1. You may use the App and Services if you are:
      • At least 18 years old.
      • Not legally barred from using the App or Services.
   2. You may not use the Products if:
      • You have been convicted of certain crimes or are prohibited under applicable laws.
      • You reside in a country subject to U.S. embargo or are listed on restricted parties� lists.
   3. Any unauthorized access or use by ineligible users is a violation of these Terms.
   4. We may terminate your account or access if you fail to meet eligibility requirements.
3. Modifications and Updates
   1. You may need to agree to a renewed version of the Terms when downloading updates or new versions of the App.
   2. The App may automatically update or upgrade, and you agree that your Device may request or receive such updates.
   3. We are not obligated to provide updates, modifications, or additional features for the App or Services.
4. No Access to Emergency Services
   1. The Products are not intended to replace traditional phone lines and do not support emergency calls to law enforcement, hospitals, or similar services.
   2. You acknowledge that:
      • We are not required to offer Emergency Services access.
      • It is your responsibility to purchase separate telephone services for emergencies.
      • The Products are not a replacement for primary telephone services.
